About the event
Each session will include guided warm-ups to prepare the body for movement, instruction in basic dance techniques to build coordination and confidence, and opportunities for expressive movement that encourage creativity, self-expression, and personal exploration through dance. Participants will engage in a supportive and inclusive environment designed to foster both skill development and enjoyment of movement.
